We are not a consultancy. We are not an EPC. We are the local execution platform that international capital trusts when it decides to enter Romanian renewables — through transparent tiers, productized engagements, and one team that knows both Cluj and Istanbul by first name.

§01·b · Context
Romania is now one of Europe's three fastest-growing renewable markets. The capital that wants in — Turkish family groups, Gulf sovereign wealth, European PE — is sophisticated, patient, and unforgiving of signal noise.
A brand that looks like a SaaS startup will never be trusted with a €50 M mandate. So we don't look like one.
Every choice in this manual — Ink instead of brand blue, Fraunces instead of Inter-everywhere, Copper as a single accent instead of a gradient, a period after the wordmark instead of a tagline beneath it — is calibrated for one room: the boardroom of a 50-year-old principal at Kalyon, Mubadala, or EQT, scanning a deck cover before deciding whether to take the call.
The brand is editorial. Institutional. Quiet enough to be trusted, distinct enough to be remembered.

Romania has moved past the question of whether it is a renewables market. The next decade will be decided not by who deploys capital fastest, but by who can execute locally through regulatory complexity, grid constraints, and a permitting regime that rewards relationships and patience.

§02 · The Mark
The SolarPlants wordmark closes with two overlapping copper chevrons — the Twin Peaks Mark. Two peaks, raised toward the same light — the way every renewable project is raised: by vision and execution, generation and storage, the hand that signs and the hand that builds. Two peaks, one ascent. One mark for everything that comes in pairs.

A single triangle just points. Two overlapping peaks describe a horizon — the way every renewable project actually rises: paired, layered, lifted toward the same light. Vision and execution. Generation and storage. The investor and the operator.
The chevrons meet at the apex and stay open at the base — like a horizon line that widens. Renewables are plural infrastructure: capital, equipment, partners, communities all flowing through. The Mark stays open because the work is open. Everything has a way in.
Copper is the metal that carries the current from panel to grid — the material that makes solar real. Green is what the industry talks about; copper is what the industry runs on. We chose the warmer color, the working color, the one that catches the dawn.
The Mark always travels with the wordmark — baseline-aligned, punctuation-spaced, the size of a careful flourish. It stands alone only on the favicon, where the wordmark cannot fit. Small on purpose. That's how a signature earns trust — by being there, not by being loud.

§03 · The Rule
The Rule is a 1-pixel copper line, typically 24, 56, or 96 pixels tall. It separates the brand from the entity in a lockup. It brackets a pull quote. It marks the key data line in a chart. It hangs as a watermark in the corner of a letterhead. One device, four jobs, every page.

Brand on the left, legal entity on the right. The Rule arbitrates.

Replaces the conventional block-quote indent. Calmer, more deliberate.
Use 3 · Chart key
Solid copper for actuals. Dashed patina for forecast. The Rule sits between, framing the data.

In navigation, eyebrows, footers — wherever the brand changes thought, The Rule appears.
§04 · Color
Institutional ink. Technical copper. Warm bone. Three temperatures borrowed from the things investors already trust — a Financial Times masthead, a Patek dial, the unlined notebook on a senior partner's desk. Patina is a deeper copper, reserved for one job only: secondary data lines on charts.
Usage The 80 / 15 / 5 Rule
Copper is the signal. It marks the call-to-action, the recommended tier, the key data line on a chart, the period after the wordmark — one of these per view, never several. Patina is for charts only and counts as a secondary accent; it does not relax the rule.
§05 · Typography
Fraunces is the serif of new editorial — variable optical sizing, drawn for screen and page in parallel. Inter is the working sans that powers Linear, Vercel, and half of the modern web. Both are Google Fonts. Both are free. We use them as a paired system: Fraunces for moments that should feel considered; Inter for everything else.

SolarPlants is the brand the world sees. VerdeVolt Proiect SRL is the eight-year-old Romanian company that signs the contracts, holds the ANRE D1 attestation, and shows up on the bank statement. They share a palette but never share a slot. The Rule, between them, is how we keep that promise.

Three registers, calibrated to the tier of the reader. The further left we move on the audience map — Tier A strategic — the more hedged, citation-heavy, and short the sentences become. The further right — Tier C exploratory — the more we explain.

SolarPlants publishes market memos, term-sheet libraries, and quarterly diligence reports. Every chart is data, then attribution, then nothing else. No 3D bars. No drop shadows. No rainbow legends. The signal is one copper line; everything else recedes.

Motion in this brand is restraint, not performance. Three timing tokens, one easing curve, never bouncy springs. If a transition draws attention to itself, it is too much.
Micro-interactions — button hover background, link color change, nav underline. Should feel instantaneous; the user is not aware motion happened.
Default for component-level state changes — card lift, accordion open, modal fade-in. Hover the card to test.

Easing
One curve: cubic-bezier(0.22, 1, 0.36, 1) — also known as ease-out-quint. Smooth deceleration, no bounce, no overshoot. The motion equivalent of an executive sentence: it ends where it should, on time, without dramatics.

Sixty-two PNG files, nine SVG masters, two SVG marks, four concept SVGs, three favicons, nine font files, six brand documents, three build scripts. Everything in this section is downloadable — click any tile or filename to open the original asset. All PNGs are transparent-background. Two color systems govern: positive (dark element, for light surfaces) and negative (light element, for dark surfaces), with single-color mono variants for fax / legal / photo overlay.
The full lockup — wordmark with Twin Peaks Mark, baseline-aligned and punctuation-spaced. Use as primary brand identifier on letterhead, deck covers, business cards, web headers, email signatures.
